For orders within Singapore

• Free standard courier for all orders above S$100
• S$4.50 standard courier on orders under S$100
• Courier will take 2-3 business days after order dispatch

Refunds and Exchanges will only be provided for defective items or incorrect items sent.

• For all Refund or Exchange requests, kindly drop us an email at hello@ember-ash.com within 14 days of shipping date.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and kept in its original packaging. Any accompanying accessories should also be returned.
